- Requirements: Diploma in Fire & Safety or a 3-year diploma, NEBOSH (preferred) or IOSH, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction sites.
- Responsibilities: Risk assessment, hazard identification, and promoting safety culture.
- QA/QC Assistant (Civil)
- Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Assistant on construction sites.
- Shuttering Carpenter Chargehand
- Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of experience in shuttering carpentry.
- Steel Fitter Chargehand
- Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in steel fitting.
- Mason Chargehand
- Requirements: A minimum of 6 years of experience in masonry.
- Shuttering Carpenter
- Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Steel Fitter
- Requirements: 6 years of experience required.
- Mason
- Requirements: At least 6 years of masonry experience.
- Scaffolder
- Requirements: 6 years of experience in scaffolding.
- Plumber
- Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of plumbing experience.

- Requirements: 6 years of experience in rigging.
