Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
Qualifications:
- BE with RICS/Equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying for civil projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates for civil oil and gas projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to the project team
- Prepare and submit progress payment claims
- Assist in preparing tender documents and participate in the evaluation process
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000
