Hiring Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) for the oil and gas sector in Kuwait
Position Available:
- Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: DME/BE Mechanical.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor for oil & gas projects.
- Specific Experience and Responsibilities:
- Feasibility study of projects during the pre-tendering stage.
- Review of scope of work, project preamble, drawings/specifications.
- Estimating quantities as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite changes in quantity.
- Preparation of purchase requests.
- Preparation and distribution of work orders and related amendments to the manufacturing plant in the ERP system.
- Customer communication for detailing of projects/products.
- Detailing of material requirements, especially steel, paints, and finalizing material specifications.
Job Benefits:
- Salary: KWD 400
- Allowances: KWD 50 as food and accommodation allowance.
- Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.
