Hiring Fabrication Works Manager for the oil and gas sector in Kuwait

Position Available:

  • Works Manager – Fabrication

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in fabrication industries.
  • Specific Experience:
    • Manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural fabrication, etc.
    • Knowledge about HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) and machining activities.
    • Experience in both the pre-production (planning) stage and the production (control and supervision) stage.
    • Coordination with subcontractors’ activities.
    • Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
    • Thorough knowledge of various ASME/ANSI vessel and piping codes.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent resource and process management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with sound technical knowledge.

Job Benefits:

  • Salary: KWD 1000
  • Allowances: KWD 100 as food and accommodation allowance.
  • Gulf experience is not mandatory.
