Hiring Fabrication Works Manager for the oil and gas sector in Kuwait
Position Available:
- Works Manager – Fabrication
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in fabrication industries.
- Specific Experience:
- Manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural fabrication, etc.
- Knowledge about HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) and machining activities.
- Experience in both the pre-production (planning) stage and the production (control and supervision) stage.
- Coordination with subcontractors’ activities.
- Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Thorough knowledge of various ASME/ANSI vessel and piping codes.
Key Skills:
- Excellent resource and process management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication skills with sound technical knowledge.
Job Benefits:
- Salary: KWD 1000
- Allowances: KWD 100 as food and accommodation allowance.
- Gulf experience is not mandatory.
