1. Senior Foreman (HVAC – Mechanical Contract)
- Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Supervising daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC systems, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, fire fighting systems, and chiller systems. Managing site personnel and overseeing safety and quality control.
- Additional Skills: AutoCAD, SAP MS Office, English proficiency.
- Salary: QR.6400/- + QR.800 Food Allowance + OT after 8 hours, 5 days/week.
2. Senior Foreman (Contracts Civil)
- Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience in civil maintenance/refurbishment.
- Key Responsibilities: Overseeing civil maintenance, safety procedures, quality control, and reporting. Liaising with contractors and clients on civil works and estimating schedules.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP MS Office, English proficiency.
- Salary: QR.6400/- + QR.800 Food Allowance + OT after 8 hours, 5 days/week.
3. Foreman (Housing)
- Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma holder with 7 years of experience in housing services.
- Key Responsibilities: Managing housing services, ensuring maintenance, and daily reporting. Handling requisitions, evaluations, and inspections.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Internet), building repair, and maintenance.
- Salary: QR.3000/- + QR.800 Food Allowance + OT after 8 hours, 5 days/week.
4. Draftsman (CAD Operator)
- Qualifications: Diploma in CAD Drafting/Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Drafting, surveying works, and experience with mechanical, HVAC, and electrical services. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and ISO 9001:2000.
- Salary: QR.6400/- + QR.800 Food Allowance + OT after 8 hours, 5 days/week.
