- Technicians and Skilled Workers:
- Chiller Technician (Salary: AED 1600-1850 + OT)
- AC/HVAC Technician (Salary: AED 1600-1850 + OT)
- Plumbers (Salary: AED 1600 + OT)
- Civil Technician (Salary: AED 1600 + OT)
- Furniture Carpenters (Salary: AED 1600-1850 + OT)
- Jr. AC/HVAC Technician (Salary: AED 1250 + OT)

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 21 to 39 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in building maintenance (e.g., India/Gulf)
- Requirements:
- Must work 3 hours of OT daily
- Relevant qualifications and experience as per the position
